研究方向:

表觀遺傳機製通過改變染色質的結構促進或抑製基因轉錄,從而精細調控真核生物的生長發育、形態建成以及抗逆應答等多種生理過程。利用表觀遺傳調控,可增強農作物的抗逆性(如抗旱、抗高溫、抗病蟲害)並優化其生長周期(如調整開花時間),從而實現產量提升和品質改良的雙重目標。本課題組聚焦“表觀遺傳如何調控植物環境適應性”這一核心科學問題,以禾本科作物水稻和早熟禾亞科模式植物二穗短柄草為研究對象,綜合利用遺傳學、生物信息學、生物化學及分子生物學等手段,重點研究:(1)表觀遺傳調控植物生物與非生物脅迫多重抗性的分子機製;(2)光周期調控植物株高的遺傳與表觀遺傳機製,為培育多重抗性及高適應性作物新品種提供理論支撐。

個人簡介:

2017年獲狗万外围充值 生物化學與分子生物學專業博士學位;2017-2019年在狗万外围充值 從事博士後研究;2019-2024年在美國威斯康星大學麥迪遜分校從事博士後研究,師從美國科學院院士Richard Amasino教授;20248月起入職万博英超狼队网官方网 擔任青年研究員、博士生導師。在Nature CommunicationsPlant CellPNASCell ReportsScience China Life SciencesCurrent Opinion in Plant BiologyNew PhytologistPlant Physiology等期刊以第一或通訊作者(含共同)身份發表多篇論文,入選2024年上海市白玉蘭人才計劃。
