主要研究方向
我們課題組的研究主要聚焦於細胞增殖過程中亞細胞結構的動態變化及其功能調控機製,特別關注中心體這一細胞中關鍵的微管組織中心。中心體在細胞分裂、分化及命運決定中發揮核心作用,並負責纖毛的生成。中心體功能的缺陷與多種神經係統遺傳疾病(如小頭畸形症和侏儒症)、纖毛病以及腫瘤的發生與發展密切相關。此外,我們的研究還涉及生物大分子相分離在細胞內動態調控中的功能機製。課題組綜合運用生物化學,結構生物學,細胞生物學和遺傳學等多學科手段,深入探究中心體在細胞分裂和纖毛生長中的作用機製,旨在解析細胞生命活動的基本規律及其在相關疾病中的病理機製。
個人簡介
2011年獲英國帝國理工大學學士學位,2016年獲英國牛津大學病理學博士學位(Prof. Jordan Raff實驗組,碩博連讀)。此後在同實驗室從事博士後研究。2017年入職香港科技大學,擔任研究助理教授(張明傑院士實驗室組),獲選港科大高研院青年學人榮譽,領導主持香港研究資助局優配研究金項目。2021年入選上海Qianren計劃,人才引進狗万外围充值 生命科學院。同年獲國家高層次人才項目支持。
