個人簡介(工作經曆)

狗万外围充值 特聘教授、万博英超狼队网官方网 教授、遺傳工程國家重點實驗室PI、狗万外围充值 附屬中山醫院雙聘教授,博士生導師。2008年畢業於中國科學技術大學,細胞生物學博士;畢業後赴美國貝勒醫學院從事生物質譜和蛋白質組學博士後研究工作;2012年全職回國在北京蛋白質組研究中心任副研究員、研究員;2015年加入万博英超狼队网官方网 。目前擔任狗万外围充值 科技期刊發展中心主任,狗万外围充值 人類表型組研究院副院長,中國生物物理學會表型組學分會創會秘書長,Springer出版集團《Phenomics》雜誌創刊執行主編、國家十四五重點研發計劃生物大分子與微生物首席科學家;入選國家級人才計劃北京市海聚工程特聘教授,北京市優秀青年人才,上海市曙光人才計劃,上海市優秀學術帶頭人計劃。近5年以通訊作者在Nat Biotechnol2篇)、Nat NanotechnolNat Biomed EngCell ResearchGastroenterologyJ Hematol Oncol3篇)、Sci Transl MedNature Commun21篇)、Cell Discov2篇)、Adv SciSci AdvHepatologyGenome BiolMol CellEMBO JPNAS等國際高水平雜誌發表論文70餘篇,受邀撰寫綜述2篇,被引4000餘次。主持國家科技部重點研發計劃課題2項、科技部國際合作項目1項、863課題1項、國家自然科學基金重點項目3項、北京市自然科學基金1項、北京市留學人員重點項目1項,上海市市級重大科技專項1項,上海市張江專項2項,產學研項目1項;獲得中國專利11項、美國專利1項。

 

研究方向

主要從事以蛋白質組為核心的臨床多組學研究

Ø  開發一站式高效蛋白質組技術係統和數據雲平台Firmiana

Ø  建立了內源性轉錄因子活性分析技術(catTFRE)、轉錄因子DNA修飾結合偏好性解析技術(modi-TFRE)、染色質開放域轉錄調控蛋白質機器解析技術(ATAC-MS)。

Ø  利用多維度組學解析了腦部腫瘤(膠質瘤、垂體瘤、脊索瘤),消化道腫瘤(食管癌、胃癌、胃腸間質瘤、壺腹部腫瘤、胰腺癌、膽管癌、結直腸癌、結直腸早癌、十二指腸早癌),泌尿係統腫瘤(腎癌、膀胱癌),17個器官鱗癌,軟組織肉瘤,黑色素瘤,乳腺癌各進展階段,肺癌各進展階段等多個世界或中國首項腫瘤人群多組學圖譜,建立了完善的樣本檢測、數據處理、整合分析與可視化流程,明確了不同腫瘤的跨組學分子調控網絡和腫瘤特異性驅動通路。
